We currently offer the following shipping rates within Canada:
- Standard (All Canadian Provinces and territories): $15
Estimated shipping times:
- Ontario: 1-4 Business Days
- All other provinces: 2-8 Business Days
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. This processing time is not part of the shipping estimate. Shipping times start from the moment your order is fulfilled, and you receive a confirmation email.
We base delivery times on normal delivery conditions. As a result, delivery times are subject to change without notice
Returns and Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only. Sales are final. We do not offer refunds or credit returns, only exchanges for different sizes or items of equal or lesser value are accepted.
Conditions for exchange:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. If item did not have a tag, we will inspect it to make sure it’s in its original condition.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of exchange shipping. Kindly contact us via email for the return shipping address.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your returned items are safely received.
