What forms of payment do you accept?
For online purchases, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, GooglePay and PayPal,
What currency is displayed at checkout?
We currently display all prices in Canadian Dollars (CAD). At this time, we only ship to customers located within Canada.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase, and if you're not satisfied, we offer you to exchange the item with same value or higher (You will be billed for the additional amount).
Conditions for exchange:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. If item did not have a tag, we will inspect it to make sure it’s in its original condition.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of exchange shipping. Kindly contact us via email for the return shipping address.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your returned items are safely received.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to cancel it. Please send us an email at [email protected] to check. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to existing orders that has shipped.
How many promo codes are allowed?
Our system is set up so that we can only apply one promo code per order.
